Medicaid Waiver Services provide extra support for individuals with developmental, physical, or behavioral needs, helping them live safely and independently in their homes and communities. These services go beyond standard Medicaid coverage and can include things like in-home assistance, therapy, respite care, and skill-building programs. Waiver services are tailored to each person’s needs and goals, allowing them to receive the support they need while remaining part of their family and community.

Behavior Support Services focus on helping individuals and their families better understand, navigate, and manage challenging behaviors. Our approach begins with identifying the factors that influence behavior, then developing practical strategies that encourage positive change. By building on each person’s strengths, we promote growth in self-regulation, communication, and daily living skills.

Behavior support is always personalized—centered on the individual’s goals, preferences, and unique needs. We also collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to create consistent support across settings, ensuring meaningful progress and lasting impact.

Recreation Therapy uses enjoyable, meaningful activities to strengthen emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well-being. From arts and crafts to sports, music, and other creative outlets, we tailor each experience to support growth, connection, and confidence.

Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) Services support individuals in living successfully at home and staying engaged in their communities. PAC helps with daily living activities such as self-care, mobility, and other essential routines—always with the goal of promoting independence and well-being. These services can also be coordinated with other providers to ensure seamless, continuous care. PAC is available to individuals on the Family Support Waiver in Indiana.
